Just found out that yesterday was National Sons Day. I can’t pass up the chance to exclaim how awesome my kid is! He’s kind, funny, and smart. I’m so grateful that I get to be his dad. Love you, kid. ❤️

The Silver Surfer. My most detailed linoprint so far! Because I’m comic book nerd from way back, I started it on Jack “The King” Kirby’s birthday. I tried to do his patented “Kirby Crackle” as the border, but it was harder than it looked. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. The black and blue look really nice, but the gold with black just makes it look like the light is messed up. I’m still trying to get the ink to be on all the right places, but I’m still learning.
